About Nader Ghandri
Professional Footballer | Tunisian International | Central Defender
My name is Nader Ghandri. Born in Paris, I discovered football at the age of 5 in the Barbès neighborhood (18th arrondissement), playing for the local club Enfants de la Goutte d’Or. This passion, sparked early, has never left me.

Youth Development
At 13, I joined Les Enfants de la Goutte d’Or, where I played one season in the U14 Federal team. I then moved to Red Star FC for two seasons in U15, followed by a stint at Jeanne d’Arc de Drancy (JAD). There, I continued my development with a season in U17 National, and six months in U19 National. At 18, I was promoted to the first team (CFA), a pivotal moment in my journey.

Professional Debut
My debut in CFA opened the door to the professional world, and I signed my first contract with Arles-Avignon. After one season, due to financial difficulties at the club, I made the decision to return to my country of origin: Tunisia.

Club Africain
I joined Club Africain in Tunis on a 4-year deal. This period marked a major step in my career. After three strong seasons, I made the move to Belgium.

Royal Antwerp FC
I played for Royal Antwerp FC for two seasons, gaining valuable experience in the Belgian Pro League.

KVC Westerlo
After Antwerp, I signed with KVC Westerlo for two additional seasons.

Slavia Sofia
During my final year in Belgium, I was loaned to Slavia Sofia in Bulgaria, where I completed the season.

Club Africain
In 2021, I returned to Club Africain for a new two-year cycle. During this period, I had the honor of representing Tunisia at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar — a career highlight on both personal and professional levels.

Ajman Club
In 2023, I continued my international journey by joining Ajman Club in the United Arab Emirates. After six months, I decided to terminate my contract in pursuit of a more competitive league.

Akhmat Grozny
Since early 2024, I have been playing in the Russian Premier League with Akhmat Grozny in Chechnya, on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

International Career
I have been a senior international for Tunisia since 2019, participating in multiple continental and global competitions. With experience in France, Tunisia, Belgium, Bulgaria, the UAE, and now Russia, I continue to grow and perform at the highest level — driven by passion and discipline.
Beyond football, I have always been deeply committed to humanitarian and social causes. That’s how Neeyaong was born, a project built with heart and led as a family.
I co-founded Neeyaong alongside my older sister Nadia and her friend Ouïded, and I proudly represent the organization as its official ambassador. Together, we wanted to create a grassroots, authentic, and human-centered association, one that offers real support to the most vulnerable communities, particularly in Africa and other regions of the world.
Our strength also lies in our voice. Soumaya, a passionate and inspiring woman, is the written voice of Neeyaong. Through her words, she beautifully expresses the values, challenges, and emotions that drive our actions.
With Neeyaong, we are working towards a world that is more just, more compassionate, and more united. This project means a great deal to me because it reflects who I am beyond the pitch, a man deeply connected to his roots, his loved ones, and to the importance of passing on strong values.
